Hami Canada is responsible for all personal information collected through its events and website, including any personal data transferred to third parties for handling or administrative purposes.

We will only use or disclose the client's personal information for the purposes explained to the client when requested. Client information will not be disclosed without prior written and voluntary knowledge and consent, except as permitted by law. We do not sell client's personal information. The retention period for which client information is held on record before it is securely and irreversibly destroyed will depend upon the retention requirements specific to the services that our clients’ access from our agency at the time that they access them.

We assume that the information provided to us is accurate. If at any time client personal information changes, we hope to be informed of it immediately. If clients believe any of the information we have collected about them is incorrect or incomplete, they have the right to ask us to change it or delete it. If their personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, we will make the necessary changes.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect all personal information in our possession. Access to client personal information is restricted to Hami Canada employees, agents, and authorized service providers who need the information to fulfill the purpose of the collected data. We will protect client personal information by safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of that information and the format of the information, whether electronic or physical.
Openness:

Hami Canada’s Privacy Policy is available at all times on our website. If you cannot access our website or require our policy in another format, we will do our best to provide it in an alternative format that meets your requirements. Any updates to this policy will be announced and dated at the top of this publicly available page. Individual Access Clients are free to inquire if we hold any personal information about them on file. Upon their request, we will also provide them with access to the information and inform them what it is being used for, if applicable. We ask that they submit their request in writing. We will also need to confirm their identity before disclosing any information to them.
Challenging Compliance.

If you have any privacy concerns, please submit your concern via info@hamicanada.ca. We will investigate all concerns and complaints. If an objection is justified, we will take all appropriate steps to repair the situation, including changing our policies and practices if necessary.
